Natec Batchcooker VR 150

The Natec Batchcooker VR 150 is used particularly for the production of spreadable processed cheese/ IWS and other types of cheese. The high mechanical treatment with rotating knives allows very homogeneous and shiny products to be produced. After heating air blows are reduced via the integrated vacuum system.
The product can be heated up to max. 110°C, which ensures safe products from a bacteriological aspect. The new hygienic design and the different options guarantee safe and comfortable production.
